First.....all you girls who finished,you made wonderful thermal!!! Im trying to figure out the pattern because, it's my first evermade sweater and I speak french. I have a copy of the thermal pattern in french and one in english but it is still confusing. I totally don't understand after dividing the neckline placket. I put 8 sts on a waste yarn...ok! Then ? Do I continue with a straight or a circular needle? When it's said "wrong" side and "right" side, do I turn all my work completly?

When you put the 8 sts on a holder for the placket, you will be forced to work back and forth on your circular needle. Once you get to the end, just like with straights you turn your work.
The WS (wrong side is the inside of the sweater) so you'll need to Purl the Knits and Knit the Purls. The RS (right side is the outside of the sweater)....the pattern notes has written directions to follow for starting on WS or RS of pattern if your stuck on that part.
