I ran track and field in college. There was this one meet where I was sick and had bad shin splints and everybody else finished the race 10 seconds before I did (which is an eternity, by the way).
That's how I feel with Thermal, minus the crippling humiliation. Knitters are much nicer than that. :)

Was it ever worth it! I adore the sweater. I actually finished it on December 26, the night before I left on a trip to the freezing U.S. Midwest for a week. Thermal kept me warm and cozy and feeling very good about myself, too!
